Its a saturday. I know it because the home ministry is closed today.
First thing in the morning, I went to the toursim department to get the inner line permits one needs to go to north Sikkim. Permits should be easy to get but one of them will need me to go to the home ministry. And that’s closed today. So can’t go to north today.
Decided to chill here for the day.
